This silver roof vent cover is made from 304 stainless steel, so it holds up against corrosion, rust, and deformation even with constant exposure to moisture and outdoor elements. We make it with a mesh conical design, measuring 50 mm by 40 mm with a 60 mm height, to let air and water pass while stopping solids.

  • The tapered design of this works nicely to make sure it will still make a nice fit even if there's a little variability in the pipe you're closing off. This worked perfectly in the outlet of a 3" PVC floor drain outlet from a shed. Hole sizes will definitely prevent any rodent intrusion from the end of the pipe.

  • Does an excellent job of keeping critters out of my furnace pipes. Easy install fitted inside PVC with no trouble. Used sheet metal screws to keep in place.

  • I originally wanted this to go over the end of a 3” plastic corrugated drain pipe. That size wasn’t available so I opted for the size that fit into the end of the pipe. I needed protection from rodents crawling into and nesting in the drain pipe. This will do the job, but am just a bit anxious that it may restrict flow. It would be nice if a couple sizes larger were available. Nice quality part
