What this counter is for

Measurements, material questions, whether two of our parts fit each other, which size to pick for a job you describe. Those are the questions we are good at, because the person answering can walk to a shelf and measure the thing.

What we cannot see from here

We cannot look up an order, change a delivery address or process a return — those live with the store that took your payment, and they are faster at it than we would be. Send those to the store's own help channel and the clock starts immediately.

What to include

A photo beats a paragraph. If you can, put a ruler or a coin in the shot for scale. Tell us the item name as it appears on the listing and what you are trying to fit it to. If you already have a measurement, send it — we will tell you honestly whether it will work.

How long we take

One to two working days, Providence time. If a question needs a part measured or tested we will say so and come back with a number rather than a guess.

Trade, classroom and studio enquiries

Welcome, and best sent to the same address with the word trade in the subject line. Tell us the counts you need and the timeframe. We will answer plainly about whether we can fill it.
