The handover
We make and pack. The store that takes your payment handles the journey. Here is where each of us stands.
Who does what
We manufacture and pack. Payment, shipping, tracking and delivery promises belong to the store where the listing lives. That is why delivery questions go to them and part questions come to us — each of us can actually act on our own half.
How small parts are packed
Counted items go into resealable bags inside the carton, not loose. A hundred beads arrive as a hundred beads because they travel in one bag, not because they were lucky. Blades and points get a sleeve. Anything with plating gets a divider so it does not rub in transit. Protection costs us a few cents and saves a replacement.
What a delivery estimate means
It is the store's estimate, based on the address and the dispatch method you choose at checkout. We have no way to shorten it and no way to see it from here. Nothing on this site is a delivery promise.
International orders
Our listings ship to many countries through the store's own programme. Duties and import charges, where they apply, are set by the destination country and collected at checkout or on delivery — again, by the store, not by us.
If a parcel arrives damaged
Photograph the outer box before you unpack it, then the contents. Send both to the store first, because they can act on it immediately. Send them to us as well if the damage looks like a packing failure on our side — that is a thing we can fix at source, and we want to know.
