What this bin holds

Our glass petri dishes provide a controlled environment for laboratory work. They are clear, durable, and heat-resistant containers for your samples.

These 10 petri dishes are made from high borosilicate glass, able to withstand temperatures up to 400 degrees Celsius. Each dish measures 60 mm (2.36 inches) in diameter, with a total size of 70 x 20 mm (2.76 x 0.79 inches) including the lid, and has a 2 mm (0.08 inch) thickness. This material ensures chemical resistance and reliable performance.

Researchers, students, and hobbyists use these for science projects, chemical research, and cultivating microorganisms. Their high transparency lets you inspect samples clearly under a microscope. Always cover your dishes with the lid to prevent contamination or evaporation of your specimens.

The differences aren't huge and they all fit the way they should. (I did notice that if you play musical chairs (lids?), you can switch them around and find ones that fit better.) Someone else had mentioned that theirs had stuff on them, but mine were clean, the paint (or whatever that's…
