  • Looks like this 2006 Odyessy had the oil drain plug enlarged at some point. I installed the normal Aluminum crush washer and the plug leaked. Tried another style seal and it still leaked. Found the original nylon washer and it sealed perfectly. These washers look like the original so I will store them for next time. They look just like the original but they are black.

  • metal on metal connections tend to have gaps. Gaps are where leaks occur. These nylon washers are meant for connections like a garden hose. Without a flat washer in place between the water spicket and the hose you will have leak. These nylon washers work great. Just make sure you are buying the correct diameter for your needs.
