  • Overall I’m glad I got this. Without it, my circuit board slides around under the microscope to easily. This adds the weight to keep it still. The only design flaw I want to point out is that the screws on the bottom should be counter sunk. The whole vice wobbles around on the screw heads. I fixed this by putting some thick mounting tape on the bottom so the screw heads don’t touch my work surface. Hopefully the manufacturer will fix this and it will be perfect. The little built in trays work well to hold tiny circuit components.
