  • My rowing machine uses the standard ABEC 608 skateboard bearings except each bearing has a built-in 4mm spacer. Well, you can get the standard bearings without built-in spacers, 8 for $10, or you can buy the kind with the built-in spacer for $20 each... what would you do? To get the 8 for $10 standard bearings, I needed separate spacers. These fit perfectly. $20 total to repair my rowing machine, or hundreds for a new machine. The choice is obvious.
