  • I like them for storing my rods with lines on them without hooks. They are a little fragile. I have had the metal pull out of one. Also, a buddy of mine who borrows my rods often have broken one or two. May try a different brand and see how they hold up. Also, if you are using 5lb line or so these will just cut the line once tension is put on them.
