  • I grabbed this pack of 5B graphite pencils for my husband and kid, and they are quite nice for anyone who likes to sketch or doodle. The box comes with twelve pencils, which is a good amount to keep around and will last us a while. They have a hexagonal shape so they don't roll off the table when you set them down. The wood feels sturdy and the lead is break-resistant, so I don't have to worry about them snapping every time someone applies a little pressure. The 5B lead is very soft and goes on dark and smooth.
