What this bin holds

We supply these black carbon steel locking collars, designed to secure components on shafts or pipes. Their clamp-style design ensures a strong hold without damaging the shaft surface.

This package includes two black 45# carbon steel split shaft collars, each with a 60mm (2.4-inch) outer diameter and a 15mm (0.6-inch) thickness, suitable for a 40mm (1-11/16-inch) shaft diameter. We also include two set screws. The carbon steel material offers corrosion resistance, making these collars suitable for various environments, including those with moisture or corrosive chemicals.

Who takes it home

These stop collars are widely used in industrial applications, from automotive power steering assemblies to conveyor belt systems, where they help locate components precisely. The two-piece construction simplifies installation; you can disassemble and reassemble them without removing other parts from the shaft. Always confirm the required size before ordering.
