What makers wrote about this bin

  • I use these to keep my recipes together with these using plastic sleeves. They work great and keep everything in place. They are somewhat hard to open, but they will never come undone so that makes up for the ease of opening. I will buy them again, if need be.

  • These are a great temporary solution. This type of plastic is similar to the plastic used in hangers in that it is subject to heat damage. If these are exposed to heat such as that which radiates from a stove/oven, hot garage, or in our case, non-climate controlled storage, they become brittle and eventually snap. Those plastic hangers that snapped? That brittle restaurant straw that split? My friends, those were stored in a hot shed/building/kitchen/garage. Perhaps stainless or spring steel would be better in the long run.

  • These work really well. Perfect for my project.

  • I didn't use these fasteners for paper, but they worked perfectly for a craft project. I crocheted a poncho and wanted to have an option to close the sides, and this was ideal. The rings lock on, which keeps them from opening and fraying the yarn.
